Welcome to doktalker Revised 4-29-21.jpg

At DocTalker our pricing is affordable and transparent. We use time-based billing, just like many other professional services. We bill in increments of 5 minutes of time. We base our prices on a fee of $480/hour (effective 2/1/20), with five minutes of time being billed at $40.00 plus a $15 provider fee for face to face visits.

We are not a traditional concierge practice and therefore do not charge a large up front fee to become a member of our practice. Simply pay for the time you use.

We are an out-of-network provider for most insurances. Insurance invoices for your visits with us can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, we are Medicare Opt-Out Providers.

Although we do not accept insurance as a method of payment, we are more than happy to help you navigate the insurance reimbursement process. Insurance invoices can be provided with codes that can in turn be submitted, allowing some services to be managed this way.

You and/or your loved ones' care does not have to be exclusive, make us part of your healthcare team.

Save time and money:

1. Avoid unnecessary time out of work and penalties that can occur

2. We're here for you whether you are at home, work, sports game, family vacation, business trip; we really mean anytime anywhere!

3. If an in office visit is required, there's virtually no wait times.

Submitting a Claim

(non-Medicare)

Although we do not participate with insurance companies, applying for reimbursement is straight forward.

Upon payment for your visit, simply request an insurance invoice from DocTalker.

This may be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.
