If you're worried about sending emails over unencrypted channels, this system provides an alternative system for sending secure electronic communications. When you submit this form it sends your SSL-encrypted information to our server where it is read and then re-encrypted using a second algorythem and stored. When the doctor reads your message, he must enter a decryption key known only to him in order to read your message, so even if someone was able to hack into our databases they could not read your message.

Electronic Communications are for non urgent requests and whenever possible we respond within 12 hours. If this problem cannot wait 24 hours then also pick up the phone and call our office 703 938-4604  extension “1”  and leave a  voice mail for the medical team member  to start working on this request immediately.
