Although DocTalker Family Medicine does not bill insurance companies directly, this does not mean, that you cannot collect reimbursement from your insurer for your healthcare services at DocTalker. After paying for your service, simply request an insurance invoice, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Furthermore, your prescriptions, lab-work, and referrals, will continue to be covered normally by any insurance type.

While no insurance companies currently offer compensation for phone or email consults, PPO insurance plans, Medicare, and some other insurances will cover office visits and procedures.

Since we do not bill or accept insurance, we are able to offer more services and options than other family practices. More importantly, eliminating the huge administrative costs of insurance allows us to keep your costs significantly lower than other practices.
