At DocTalker, our pricing is affordable and transparent. We use time-based billing, just like most other professional services. Since we do not accept insurance, we are able to be transparent about our pricing, and we charge exactly what we say we do. 

We are not a traditional concierge practice and therefore do not charge a large up front fee to be a member of our practice. We do offer pre-paid accounts, which start at $300 per year for an individual and buys you one hour's worth (60 minutes) of the time with our medical team. You can use this time any way you like, whether it be for same-day office visits (which, on average, last about 15 minutes), phone or email consultations (which typically last about 10 minutes), or apply it towards a house call. Having a pre-paid account also allows you to receive additional discounts off of our already steeply discounted pricing for lab work.  

Note that time can be "pooled" between different family members during the year.

Pre-Paid v. Pay-As-You-Go

If you have a pre-paid account and use all of your time up during the year, you will receive a discount on time-based fees for the medical team. You will be charged $25 per five minutes with the medical team (vs. non-member pricing of $33.50 per five minutes). In addition, we will pass on savings for labs and tests that we receive, which can amount to up to 90%.

If you choose not to have a pre-paid account, we gladly will see you whenever you need help. Just call us. The price that we charge you will be $150 for the first visit and then $33.50 per every five minutes that you spend with our medical team, not matter what the issue, when you talk to our medical team.
