When we think of house calls, we think of days gone by. With DocTalker, those days are still here. Our medical team will make house calls, either for routine primary issues or urgent care problems. We can come either to your home or place of work.

- Available in Fairfax County, and parts of Arlington, Alexandria, Prince William, Loudoun Counties in Virginia; parts of Montgomery County, MD; and NW DC.
- Affordable rates. Our rates are time-based, and we bill by 5-minute increments of time. Our rate for house call patients $400/hour. We do have an arrival fee of $100 for all house calls and charge a distance fee for house calls that are located outside of a five mile radius of our VA or MD locations.
- A typical first time house call costs between $400 and $500 and lasts up to an hour. Subsequent follow-up house calls typically run $300 for non-acute care and about $350 for acute care.
- Once we've seen a patient in person on a house call, nearly 2 in 3 follow-up interactions can be done by phone or email medical consultations. A typical phone consultation lasts 10 minutes and costs $67.
