Keep Your Staff Healthy & Your Company Absenteeism Costs Down!

With our On-Call, On-Site Company Doctor benefit, you can give your employees access to a doctor periodically on-site at your offices as well as give them 24/7 access to a primary care doctor throughout the year for everything from simple day-to-day issues to emergencies problems to the management of chronic conditions.

Here's how it works:

• A DocTalker practitioner will come to your location (or locations) and conduct on-site check-ups and medical history for all employees, which typically last 20 minutes.

•A DocTalker practitioner will come on-site every month or quarter for wellness checks, chronic care management and basic primary care needs, and will conduct health and wellness presentations for the staff as requested.

•When one of our practitioners is not on location, every employee has access to a DocTalker practitioner, 24/7. When anyone calls, one of our practitioners picks up the phone, including evenings and weekends!

•Over 60% of all medical issues can be treated by phone or email consultation, ensuring for fast diagnosis and treatment -- and fast recovery. Plus, your staff won't need to take valuable time off for unnecessary office visits. 

•Every employee receives 60 minutes of time with practitioner, per year. This includes personalized, one-on-one care where employees reach the doctor directly, 24/7, by phone anytime. When needed, doctors will see patients in the office or at home, evenings and weekends too.

•We support health and wellness programs and objectives with expert medical oversight.

•We can offer measurement of the results of implementation over a year long period to help support your goals of reduced absenteeism, increased presenteeism, lowered employee turnover and most importantly healthier employees.

•The cost is $25 per person per month, which can be, if requested, a funded by an HSA or FSA.
